One clear demonstration of the potency of this principle happened a few days ago as the one and only Elon Musk brought a polarizing proposition to the users of X.

What we think of his decision matters not for tonight's email.

The more noteworthy observation from the photo above is that almost two million users engaged directly with the CEO of a company about his product and decision making.

This type of contact with our customers, users, and followers is to be desired and sought out by us as entrepreneurs.

The critics of what we do, who have no skin in the game can chirp all day long but what our customers, and ultimately the market says, is what should matter.

Let us not hesitate to take a page out of Musk's book.
