Ever finished reading a business book, and thought this is great, but now what?
Like most advice, it only works if we can apply it. Often business advice or books don’t make much impact because they lack context.
The vast majority of people who start businesses are not entrepreneurs, rather they are technicians. They are very good at a specific skill or craft and thought that would translate to successfully running a company.
An entrepreneur on the other hand is a technician of business. Their skill or craft is their ability to technically grow a business.
Truth be told, few of these people own businesses. Rather their business owns them. If you can’t leave and still make money. You don’t own a business, you have a glorified job. Building a company requires a shift in identity.
Through a lot of trial and error, consulting, thought, and leveraging the frameworks of other great minds, I have been able to develop a framework. I will be sharing these thoughts in my talk on March 1st at 11 AM for Founded in FoCo
And it would be an honor to share it with you. I hope to see you there.
⚡If you are planning on attending, please RSVP & Register for my talk. It would mean a lot to me if you were there. We already have 40 people registered, but I would like to see it cap out at 140 people
