As entrepreneurs, we often spend time doing lots of work in general, rather than important work that actually moves the business forward in a meaningful way.  In other words, working longer, and harder, doesn't actually equate to getting further ahead.  This is why we must relentlessly guard our calendars to make room for Deep Work.
